David Phelps
Norman Holland just called me and said he had heard that David Phelps had been killed in an automobile accident. Rumors like this happen every now and then about one or all of us in the GVB so I don’t usually give much thought to it. But then I remembered Anthony Burger and kinda started panicking. So I called Bill’s office first to see if they had heard anything. Then I called all three of David’s numbers and, of course, got voicemail (he never answers his phone.) But I left a message that I heard he had been killed in an automobile accident this morning and could he please call me back.
He did.
Why do people start these stupid rumors and try to ruin the first part of my day? If it had been true it would have ruined my entire day.
